Chinese food is highly regarded in the gourmet world. This is because Chinese food offers a diverse selection of dishes. The unique flavor that each Chinese food brings is due to the fact that Chinese products, styles, traditions, and tastes vary from region to region. The “Eight Cuisines” is generally the most popular to the public.

The 8 Cuisines are: Guangdong Cuisine, Fujian Cuisine, Zhejiang Cuisine, Anhui Cuisine Shandong Cuisine, Sichuan Cuisine, Jiangsu Cuisine, and Hunan Cuisine. With that customers really have a wide variety of options to soothe their Chinese food craving.

However for tourist, when it comes to Chinese food, using chopstick is not the only dilemma, some words encountered may bring confusion, for example in a translated menu: Aromatic Crispy Duck served with Salad, Pancakes & Hoi Sin Sauce, your customers will have an idea on the first part of the dish but what about the “Hoi sin “part of the dish’s name?
